Seafco public company limited would like to inform that we have secured new projects as follows.
1. Condominium Sukhumvit 59 at Sukhumvit 59 road, Bangkok.
Description: Bored piling work Client: N & I Asset Management Co;Ltd. Period: Approximate 60 days from 17th April 2008. Major materials: Ready mixed concrete & rebar provided by client. 2.The River project at Chareonnakorn road, Klongsarn, Bangkok.
Description: Contiguous bored piles Client: Bouygues - Thai Co; Ltd. Period: Approximate 60 days from 1st May 2008 Major materials: Provided by piling contractor. 3. L & H Sukhumvit at Sukhumvit road, Wattana, Bangkok.
Description: Reinforce concrete structure of 3 storeys deep basement Client: L & H Property Co; Ltd. Period: Approximate 225 days from 1st August 2008. Major materials: Only rebar provided by client. Total contract value of above 3 projects (exclude Vat) is approx. THB: 210,000,000.00 (Thai baht: two hundred and ten million only)
These transactions are normal and in ordinary course of our business.
