Project Owner: Land Transport (LTA), Singapore Government
Main Contractor: Lum Chang Building Contractors Pte Ltd
Sub Contractor: Ryobi Pte Ltd
Diaphragm Wall second subcontractor: Seafco Ryobi Pte Ltd
Construction Period: 90 days
Contract Value for D/wall 5,346,000 Singapore Dollar (Excl. GST) or equivalent to Thai baht 123,492,600 at exchange rate 1 Singapore Dollar = 23.10 Thai Baht.
