2. Project: Baan Benjasiri at Sukhumvitt 24 road, Bangkok.

Client: Pearl Property Development Ltd.
Period: 60 days from 7th January 2010
3. Project: Chotayakorn condominium at Sukhumvit 23 road, Bangkok.
Detail of works: Bored piling
Client: Ritta Co;Ltd.
Period: 90 days from 15th January 2010
Total contract value of above 6 projects (excl. VAT) is Baht 26,000,000.00 (Baht twenty six million only)
These transaction are normal and in ordinary course of our business
