On 20th June 2009, Mr. Narong Thasnanipan, President, inaugurated the in-house seminar course, "Report writing method presenting to top management" by having Dr. Surachard Kimmanee collaborating with Personnel Management Association of Thailand (PMAT) to be a lecturer for executive, manager, and engineer level.
