Attention President The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Seafco Public Company Limited has total number of ESOP warrants 5,000,000.00 units issued on October 15, 2004 effective 3 years from the issued date with terms of Exercise 3 year. Exercise Ratio is one ESOP warrant per one ordinary share and exercise price is bath 5 per share. During July - December 2007, there was an increasing 1,480,000 common shares total amount of baht 7,400,000 responding to exercising of the company's warrant no.1 series 5 (the final time).
We would like to inform you that the proceeds amounting to bath 7,400,000 have been used as the company's working capital.
